Q : How can I book tour, ticket, activity, hotel and resort with Joinfull?

A : Find your preferred product by use search box on our webiste, choices country, city, and select with product you want to know for book, check on calendar for select your date of tour, ticket, activity start. and next to add number of quantity you want, click “Book Now” page will go to your booking summary detials and continue to the payment. and Let’s go to travel!

 

Q : Step of after booking package tours or other products and service?

A : After you booked admission ticket, tours, hotel, or other service and you make full payment already status of your order will update to paid, you will get e-voucher in your mailbox follow from your registered with us. Please use e-voucher or QR code show at counter ticket, or at the gate, or at meeting point on date of your activity and follow condition of your activity based on each type of products 

 

Q : My e-voucher only use on a particular date?

A : Most tours, ticket, activities, show, hotel room, must use on date of your booking. but in some ticket like Bangokok Pass,  you can start activate for use in any date from your purchase until last date of condition. So you can check on each products about ticket & voucher particle

 

Q : After make a booking and payment, how long will I wait to receive my voucher?

A : Based on your choices of a products some activity are instant confirmation your will receive e-vouhcer immediately, some activity waiting for confirmation 24 hrs, but we will serve you to get e-voucher as soon as possible

 

Q : What document you need to bring?

A : At most of activities and service will be show passport with e-voucher for check-in.  please re-check and make sure your passport are not expired date. Your passport should be less than 6 Month before journey.

 

Q : Can send some request with your booked?

A : Yes, you can write for some any request in addition box before your click confrim your booking. incase you forget written some request such as your type of bed room, food, time to pick-up ect. you can send details to us again with e-mail service@joinfull.com

 

Q : How we know details of products and service?

A : You can see information and details of products and service inside body page in details are including image of product, sample video from youtube, improtant info, etc. So you can easily find out information before your make a booking with us.

 

Q : What do I do if I don't receive my e-voucher?

A : You can check your e-voucher in your account at booking list zone by Log into your Joinfull account, got to “Bookings” page you can find your booking status in this area. If you want any further assistance, please reach out to us by email.

A : In the event that you do not receive an email from us in your mailbox, Please check your Junk Mail if you use Gmail email. Please check the "Promotions" or "Updates" tab, or notify us via email.
