Lumpinee Boxing Stadium : The first Thai boxing competition at Lumpini Boxing Stadium took place on March 15, 1956. The venue managed by Royal Thai Army officially opened in December of the same year. Lumpinee Boxing Stadium is symbol of modern Thai Boxing and one of the few places in Thailand where gambling is permitted and it takes place at the second level. Foreigners usually occupy only VIP ringside seats, while gamblers and aficionados prefer the second or third ring of seats upstairs. Free shuttle bus service on Tuesday and Friday depart from Lumpinee boxing stadium after main event ended 30 mins the bus will service you to BTS Chatuchak, Big C Saphan Kwai, Victory Monument. (No service on Saturday)
