Royal Park Rajapruek Chiang Mai : Royal Park Rajapruek was previously named as International Exposition for His Majesty the King; Royal Flora Rajapruek. It was built in the purpose of commemorating the 60th anniversary of His Majesty the King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s Accession to the throne on June 9, 2006 as well as celebrating His Majesty’s 80th Birthday Anniversary on December 5, 2007 It is one of the most popular agro-tourism places of Chiang Mai and is counted as the center of Agricultural research. You will discover countless number of plants and varied kinds of agricultural exposition which would be advantageous to visitors at any age.
The Royal Pavilion : The Royal Pavilion, or Ho Kham Luang in Thai, was built in the style of a royal pavilion of the ancient Lanna Kingdom in the Northern part of Thailand, the architecture portrayed the exquisite grandeur, beauty and grace of Lanna architecture which has been passed down through generations.
THAI GARDENS : A garden area is showcased tropical horticulture. A variety of plant species Manufacturing and processing technologies which are more than 1900 species total, more than 3.2 million tons of wood in different groups is composed of fruit trees and flowers. Especially orchids, herbs, vegetables and mushrooms. Rare plants and other garden scented gardens in literature. Provincial Attractions Building houses, trees, etc. Within the building, It also exhibits plants; winter crops, plants without soil; and Thais lifestyle villages.
INTERNATIONAL GARDENS : The international gardens offered other countries a chance to join in the celebration of His Majesty the King’s 60th Anniversary of His Accession to the Throne and His 80th Birthday Anniversary. Altogether, 21 countries (22 gardens) from 3 continents participated. These were : Asia 12 countries (13 gardens), Europe 4 countries (4 gardens), and Africa 5 countries (5 gardens) namely.
CORPORATE GARDENS : Corporate Gardens in honor of the King: demonstrated His Majesty’s speech in the agricultural sector, in the royal projects and showed the philosophy and the theory behind His Majesty’s guidance. This would lead to the conservation of natural resources including soil, water, forest and biofuel on a sustainable basis.
