• Print voucher or show e-voucher on your mobile phone at counter ticket also present a valid photo ID/passport along with the voucher number to activity

• E-ticket is non-transferable, non-refundable and void if altered.

Meeting point

• Pick up at your hotel in Koh Samui. 

• Please arrive in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before scheduled departure

• The operator will reconfirm your pick up time in advance. As this is a shared transfer, please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays along the pick up route
