I need to sign up a Joinfull account before I booking?
Yes, you'll need to create an account first. You can use your email, or a third-party account on Facebook, Google to automatic sign up, Once you have an our customer account you can update phone number, profile image, address, etc.
How can I book a travel product and service?
First, find your prefers a travel products by our search box, select the product details and continue booking and payment.
Can I book for my family and friends?
Yes, you can but on the summary page at Traveler information, should be adding details of the visitor who take a service before your complete booking.
Can I book and take a service on same day?
Yes, please see the icon “Available Today” you can be booking that a travel product for taking a service until the closing time. Other products you can booking in advance.
Can I book if the travel product show an icon sold out or unavailable?
If you wish to book the travel products that show an icon sold out or unavailable, please kindly contact our customer service. they will checking and update the status, information, and tell you back as soon as possible.
After I make a book and payment when I get a voucher?
Depends on the travel product you've booked. If you booked with travel product instant ticket you will receive in a few minutes, some product takes a bit time to confirm with the local partner and you will receive a voucher within 24-48 hours
What should I do if I haven’t received a voucher after complete booked and payment?
For payment via transfer by bank, please kindly send the bill payment to our service team and wait a few hours to receive a voucher by email.
For payment via credit card if the travel product is an instant ticket, please kindly check your email on the Junk mailbox area, Promotion area, or Update area. but if you still can’t find a voucher, please contact us via email.
How I know my booking is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmed voucher via your email, and also you can log in to your Joinfull account to review inside a bookings zone.
What should I do if the travel product I paid for is overbooked?
For all the booking and confirmed vouchers you received, our customer service team will take care of you to checking the status before update to you. But in the case have some overbooked, we will contact you to update the information and help you to reschedule or full refund.
Can I Modification my Booking?
Depends on the travel product you've booked. some tickets can not change the date, but our customer service team will take care of you. Please kindly contact us up to 24 hours before your activity. However, please check the cancellation policy of your ticket and activity.
Where can I see my voucher?
You will receive a voucher via your email, please check at your mailbox, or Log in to your Joinfull account and go to the booking area, you can see your voucher and booking details.
