What should I do if my payment failed?
Refresh your booking page and payment again, If your card is rejected for the payment, please change a different card. If you are using PayPal, Alipay, please contact your wallet provider to find out why your payment failed.
When I receive my refund?
Refunds for payments made by credit card is take 5-7 days to be returned to your account, but some bank provider is take up to 30 days. by the way you can re-check on the end of month bill, if have any mistake, please contact us for take care of you.
How can I cancel my booking and refund?
